How we think about cleaning your facility
1.Commercial Cleaning Is Not One-Size-Fits-All
A dental practice, medical office, gym, and law office have different cleaning needs. The surfaces, daily traffic, operating hours, and way each space is used all matter. We work with you to build a cleaning plan around your facility, including the areas that need attention, how often they need cleaning, and the best time for our team to work.
2.Cleaning vs. Disinfecting
Cleaning removes dirt, dust, and other residue from surfaces. Disinfecting uses an appropriate product to kill specified germs when applied according to its label. Both have a purpose. Where disinfection is needed, removing soil and following the product's directions are essential parts of the process.
3.Why Contact Time Matters
Disinfectants need time to work. The product label specifies how long a treated surface must remain wet, often called contact time or dwell time. Spraying and immediately wiping a surface dry may not give the product enough time to achieve its intended result. The required time depends on the product and its intended use.
4.High-Touch Surfaces Deserve Special Attention
Door handles, light switches, reception counters, faucet handles, restroom fixtures, and chair arms are touched throughout the day. These shared touchpoints deserve attention in a facility's cleaning plan, with cleaning and appropriate disinfection based on how the space is used.
5.Preventing Cross-Contamination
How cleaning materials are used matters as much as the surfaces being cleaned. Materials used in restrooms should be kept separate from those used in reception areas, offices, and other spaces. Separating supplies, changing cloths when needed, and maintaining reusable equipment help reduce the chance of moving contamination from one area to another.
6.The Right Product for the Right Environment
A stronger chemical is not automatically the better choice. Products need to suit the surface, the intended task, and the requirements of the facility. Product labels and surface manufacturers' care instructions guide appropriate use. The goal is effective cleaning while caring for the materials in your workspace.
7. Medical & Dental: Clinical vs. Non-Clinical Areas
Our commercial experience includes medical and dental facilities, where clearly defining the cleaning responsibilities is especially important.
Waiting rooms, reception areas, administrative offices, hallways, break rooms, and restrooms.
Exam rooms, treatment rooms, procedure rooms, and dental operatories where patient care takes place.
Perfectly Fabulous Cleaning provides environmental cleaning for agreed-upon areas, including appropriate environmental surfaces within clinical areas when included in the facility's cleaning plan. Depending on the approved scope, this may include floors, counters, sinks, exterior surfaces, high-touch points, and other approved areas, according to the needs and instructions of each facility.
Environmental cleaning is different from instrument sterilization. We do not sterilize medical or dental instruments or replace the patient-care infection-control procedures performed by trained clinical personnel. Responsibilities are agreed with each facility before service begins.
8. A Cleaning Partner Who Understands Your Facility
Our goal is to provide consistent cleaning that accounts for how your business operates. That means paying attention to the surfaces, products, shared touchpoints, schedule, and priorities specific to your facility.
With Nadia personally involved in communication and quality oversight, you have a direct contact for questions, adjustments, and follow-through.
Nadia started her cleaning business in 2006. Commercial work began around 2009 through an established national franchise system, where the family gained experience with janitorial accounts and facility service. They later continued independently, bringing that experience into a local, family-owned business.
